Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your Valuna purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
🕒 30-Day Return Window
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are excluded.
📦 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply email us at office@valuna.uk with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- The reason for return (optional but helpful!)
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a replacement? If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll gladly send you a replacement — just email us with a photo and description, and we’ll take it from there.
📍 Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and we’ll make it right ASAP.
❗ Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. This includes:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personal care or sanitary items (e.g. bathroom accessories)
- Opened or used items
