📦 What is your shipping time?
We ship orders within 1–3 business days.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the UK, depending on your location.

We currently accept payments only via PayPal.

🔁 Can I return an item?
Yes! You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, as long as it’s unused and in its original condition. Just email us at office@valuna.uk with your order number.
💸 When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
🚫 Are there any items that can't be returned?
Yes. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, some items such as used products, personal care items, or anything marked final sale cannot be returned.

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
